Leadership Training Application

Thank you for your interest in Square Dance Revival's Leadership Training!

This program is for people who care deeply about the future of square and round dancing and are willing to help build it. 

We are looking for participants who are curious, open-minded, collaborative, and willing to consider new approaches—even when those approaches challenge the way things have traditionally been done.

This is not a program for people who want to gain power, prestige, or control.  We believe effective leadership is about bringing people together, listening to others, developing new leaders, and creating an environment where everyone can contribute.

We are especially interested in people who want to help their clubs and communities grow participation and membership.  You don't need to have all the answers.  In fact, we would rather have someone who is willing to ask good questions, experiment, learn from what doesn't work, and try again.
